Decaying Hex + Chaotic Freeze

This doesn't appear to work with blasphemy.

They don't take any freeze damage at all from any sources.


On Lich with unholy might, so it should work.


It also only works with the primary Contagion cast. It doesn't work on any Contagion spread, especially not when spread through scorpions or corpse explosion.
