No physical items received (or update from support) for 20 days

I’m relieved to know I’m not the only one who feels scammed by this company. I purchased the top-tier support package two months ago and have emailed GGG support multiple times but haven’t received any response. What’s going on?
Hi there, someone who has purchased numerous high end tier packs over the years including physical items. There have been periods of time where there were delays in things being shipped, there have also been instances where things were shipped to the wrong place (not due to GGG's fault) and they also made up for it.

What I am saying here is, just be patient, if you purchased something, you will get it, it may just take more time than you want to wait.

I have the same problem here. Wating for my Hoodie and Tshirt for more than 1 month. They responded to 1 mail to ask more credentials. I provided them an then they went silent. I have proof of payment. Also had to give some character names.

This is frustrating. No communication is what makes this frustrating.
Same issue here. I upgraded to get the t-shirt in December. Sent an email asking why it hadn't been shipped. After a few weeks got an email asking me to confirm some character names and personal details etc. Sent it back and heard diddly squat since, been a month since I last heard from support.

Also seen a post on here from support saying not to send chase emails as it puts you to the back of the queue..... I'm sorry.. what?

The game so far has been great. I'm taking a bit of a break because I binged it and will come back at some point. My experience with support has been the polar opposite and it really lets the game down as a whole.

I'm seriously considering a chargeback if they don't sort this nonsense out soon
