Refund guide
So no updates really, people still aren't getting refunds, and when GGG thinks they can make more money they reply quick to assist you on how to spend more money.
It's as if they have been instructed to ignore support except for MAKING purchases. |

For people that purchased it on steam, you are able to get a refund from steam after 100(+) hours.
If you have issues with the purchase or playing the game and you contacted support, just send the entire e-mail chain to steam in a ticket (not a refund ticket, these get rejected automatically), explain that you are not getting what you paid for. In most cases Steam will refund you as a service game is required to give services as well. If you used XSolla you are less lucky, this vendor seems to protect scammers and will just tell you to bother the other party. Maybe someone else could offer tips on that. |

Email them and wait, keep your tinfoil hat and conspiracy based excuses to yourself.
There is a lot of misinformation and impatience making it look worse than it is. So long as you email them they WILL get to your ticket If you bought EA through steam be aware that any refund is through steam and they have a different refund policy Other than that don't try bumping your email, wait for a response, and only reply to the questions asked. You should go outside a bit more. I e-mailed them in the first week. No need to immediately be such a salty fanboy, there are other games than PoE and there is also IRL ;)
They get the tickets indeed, but they are not/barely responding. There are other topics about the math of their statements (about how many requests they had and what they reduced), it just does not add up. The post is mostly explaining for people how to refund as there is a lack of support. But you might be on to something... this could be the squirrels taking over... |
