Merging subaccounts, supporter pack in other, character in another.

Update 08 Feb 2025:
Finally got a message them saying transfer successfully occured. My other SubAccount currently non existend on web site. My main login was also removed, which I logged in using steam. Then on the account settings I could add my mail again. I was afraid this will still gonna open a new subaccount. Which it didn't!! Now single SubAccount, same mail, same steam login. My case is fixed, ill let the thread be up if anyone else has a case similiar to this. |

" Good for you! I have been waiting since December to get help from support. Also, if you have gotten help despite interaction with their support (which according to GGG resets your place in the queue) I cannot understand why me and others have not been helped despite NOT interacting more with their support.
