OK problem SOLVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!
goto game folder delete folder: SHaderCache...about 650 MB goto: c: users .. Dokuments ...My Games...path of exile....there you delete: ....all folders with cache....like dailyDealCache folder or MOTDcache folder.. now you can login back without problems Last edited by enevold#0589 on Apr 17, 2017, 1:25:42 PM

"operation timed out" also occured for me when I tried to message "RaidedEightOutOfEight", when I tried to invite him to my party and when I tried to add him as a friend. (I tried it from Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Washington, Singapore)
