Extending the developer work force takes a long time. To find a good C++ developer that is available for hire at the price range they can afford usually takes months. Then these people need to be brought to speed in the systems and content of the games. Do not expect, if they start today.. any significant boost in capability in anythign shorter than 6 months.

In a regular situation it's complicated , but GGG is also situated in the middle of nowhere and they already hired all the NZ devs they could find . So their only option is to hire from abroad but GGG refuse remote work , is very strict on the hiring process and so are the NZ laws . All of that make GGG situation extra complicated lol

So according to insider leaks GGG's workforce is becoming more chinese every year ( due to Tencent involvement ) . Which is not something GGG has been proud to advertise so far .

My main hope is that lategame will become A LOT less zoomy.

I hope they add the new classes and some more endgame content, I'm getting pretty bored after playing for 500 hours.
