Is anyone working in support anymore?
I made a purchase on my PS5 for a Delirium stash tab that received an error message. I tried multiple times, and got the same error.
The amount of credits I had didn't go down, and I thought I'd try later. When I restarted another session, I saw that the transactions had indeed gone through and I now have 5 Delirium tabs that I don't need four of. I emailed support twice about this and have not even had an acknowledgement. Much as I love the game and appreciate all the work they are doing on it, this is not cool. " I get that, but I've almost been waiting for 2 months now for my issue, that is EA coins sitting in the wrong subaccount, to get resolved. 1 month ago I did get the info from support that they could assist me with this problem and asked for some account details for me to prove I'm the owner of those accounts...ever since: nothing. No more email, issue not fixed yet. I actually enjoy playing the game, but holy shit, it's getting annoying. For 2 months now you guys just say "yeah, we got lots of stuff to do"...and there is tons of people that literally have been waiting for 2 months by now. ...how much longer it gonna take? When it'll have been 3 or 4 months, will you still say "we currently need to handle a large volume of support requests"? I mean, honestly, I don't get how you have time to "spam" into every thread that you are handling too many support requests, but apparently have no ressources to actually handle the support requests. If there truely was a queue system they would have gotten to the people that e-mailed for the first time 2 months ago.

" Yep there is zero chance that press releases was honest. So you went from. 570,000 tickets to 70,000 yet NO ONE on here who opened a ticket on ea launch 12/6 (55 days now) got a reply? GGG needs to come clean and just tell us they don't even have a support ticket system. |

" Their "support ticket system" are simply mails. I do not believe that they have an actual software with tickets. Probably the same guys responding here with copy pasta simply delete every mail that is incoming and call it job done. I'm joking or at least I hope it's one. |

Nah guys, they're totally working their behinds off. They're just still 75+ days behind even after announcing they trimmed their backlog from 570k to 70k like two weeks ago. The ramifications of totally, wildly unexpected success, after all! It's to be expected!
