REDDIT- Path of exile Reddit mods are suppressing the whole situation
" Do you know how to work reddit? Lets look: the top post on the entire sub with 10k+ upvotes is "Press F to pay respects" which is page after page of venting under a meme where POE1 lies dead in a casket. just at a glance there are at least a dozen other > 5k upvote angry/sarcastic/derisive threads including some 6k upvote and in fact at a glance I'd say most of the traffic in the entire sub is unhappy/ranty/sad/mournful. With lots of "So that was a lie" and feelings of betrayal... Including a pic of Betrayal league on one of the threads. And keep in mind that MOST of the other threads in "top" sort are 13+ days of Izaro memes "until we get news of POE1" and are literally filled with venting and memes at GGG's expense. Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.
If they wanted mindless mobile game time waster gameplay they sure did make some perplexing choices and marketing statements for 6 fucking years. |
