Its actually insane how much better poe 1 is.

POE1 is Far better than POE2 in every way other than graphics. In the years to come after POE2 comes out, POE2 will be considered a step backwards.
Hmm....PoE 2 will rise and dominate strongly, for some years, until PoE 1 makes a return and crushes it all. B team will own team A, in the end.

Did you try turning it off and on again?
A lot of people are overthinking the memory game for Maven. You maybe have to remember only 3 of the sequences at most.

When she does the first two, Just stand in between the tiles that she does while making sure to be in the first.

If you can memorize the 3rd, 4th and 5th, you're pretty much done because even if you guess the 6th one wrong, its a 50/50 AND you can still touch the other one really fast before the timer is up.

Never had a problem with the memory game and I'm a pretty stupid guy
I actually want PoE 2 succeed, or at least I did. By now, I'm under no delusions that the game will be very different rather than a modern update to PoE 1 with new balancing. In fact, it's currently so very different, the chance of it becoming "the new PoE" is so low now that I lost all interest. I'll continue to play PoE from time to time, but the game was on a death spiral for me since patch 3.9.0. Sometimes, I really hate being right.

I got pretty rattled by it to begin with. I ended up just farming synth maps for easy invites and banged off 10 maven in a row. No problems now, and did Uber Maven deathless on the first try after that.

people under estimate how important graphics and especially uniform composition is in games.

And I think people overestimate it, and is one of the main reasons why games today are as shallow as a puggle. But hey, we are all different :)

Agree, graphics are for screenshots and marketing. It's engaging gameplay that keeps people playing.
except poe "graphics" are still better than poe 2

POE 2 graphics are over cooked. they burnt them. poe 1 looked better in 2020 AS A GAME AESTHETIC than poe 2 ever will.

it's literally painful to watch people play poe 2.
Going to have to HARD disagree here. POE2 feels superior in almost every way. POE1 was so unnecessarily convoluted. Way less time wasted to get the same outcome for things. Just need a lot of nerfing at the moment because a lot of builds are WAY too strong but other than that, it's solid as hell.
Poe1 try to have fun without new content every two weeks, challenge level: IMPOSSIBLE.

Yeah this game is destined for success, when even its biggest fans can't stand it without massive constant updates.
