Sorry, but you bought access via a key-seller. Everybody who does that contributes to the ILLEGAL practices these key-sellers (yes, every single one of them) do. Not only is it harmful for the industry to buy keys there, it's not great for GGG either.
That you lost your access is nothing GGG has to fix and frankly, the key-seller won't too. You bought from scammers and got scammed, that simple.
If you didn't knew that these key-sellers are a scam, now you do.

Those sites often use criminal methods to get the keys, why do you think its so much cheaper?

For example they use stolen credit cards to buy keys from GGG for the original cost of 30$, they then sell you the key for 20$, original credit card owner sees bill for 30$ dollar and tell banks he never brought this. Bank reverts the transaction GGG loses the 30$ dollar and removes your key because now you never paid for it. Seller on site walks away with 20$.

What OP is doing here is like buying a stolen car from a criminal then going to the car dealership and complain that the police took the car.
