Support Ticket not answered since 20-12-2024

Hi,

I'm at a loss on what to do. I have submitted a support request through email that I received a reply to the same day asking for more information, this was on the 20'th of December last year and I have not heard back anything since the 20'th.

I know people that have made a ticket later then me that have received replies already. They said if you send more emails, you get put at the back of the line and replies will take even longer so I feel I also can't reach out again through email?

What am I supposed to do?

I'm also hoping someone at GGG will read this.

They haven’t responded to me either, and they keep saying there is a backlog. I think it's just an excuse, and you don’t care about us at all.
I also sent an email on December 15, 2024 as well as a PM on December 13, 2024 for support. I was contacted by a staff member on December 29, 2024, but when I replied back with the requested information, he hasn't replied to me since then. It'd been over a month... No matter how large a volume of tickets they need to handle at the moment, it shouldn't take more than a month to reply to an email.
same experience, been waiting since 31 dec..
got a reply at 5th of jan to confirm information, and they went dead silent.
the funny thing is i wrote from a diff email right now and got reply within 7minutes requesting more info..
guess ill have to send a reply from another mail

How much longer am I supposed to wait? I think this is getting out of hand, and why are people that have made tickets weeks later then me getting replies before me?

cause they have yet to deal with there leak as its still happening and they know our accounts still are not safe but they dont want to tell us the truth so they lie to us and expect us to be happy about it... in a month or two they will start fixing this issue till they buy another copy or wait for f2p, or contact steam refund the game like alot of us and then leave a negative review, Honestly dont know what else to say its ggg's M/O.

I think this is overly dramatic and wrong, I love PoE 2. I wouldn't refund the game if I could. Would just like this ticket to get handled. They have done a great job with the game, and many good things to come. But this specific issue really needs to be resolved after so many days.
sounds like you dont mind waiting 2 months and counting. Im happy for you but at this point they lied to us made a claim that mathematically does not work out and expect us to just accept it. No cares given anymore why wait when I can just refund the game and move on with my life and come back in the future when they actually get there shit together? am I expected to continue to wait?

Ofc I mind. I do think this is almost getting to a point where it feels like they don't even care? But they are separate issues. In 8 Days it will have been 2 months since they said they would help. Meanwhile I know people that made tickets later then me that got answered 1-2 weeks aggo :/ Shameful
