Support Ticket not answered since 20-12-2024

I love POE2 as well, but i purchased the Hoodie and Shirt have no idea when Im getting it. Sent email on December 15th and never heard back. At this point I feel like I just wont be heard. They reply to the forum posts right away and say the same thing. I know people who have already gotten their supporter items and id love to get mine.
