YOU DONT HAVE ACCESS TO POE2

Hey, so i was playing poe2 since december and yesterday when i want to enter the game i got a note that i dont have access to poe2 and i need to buy a key ( like i said I'm playing like for 2 months and bought the game). Someone know what to do in this situation i have all confirmations that i bought a game and add it to steam and play normaly without any problem since now.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com if you haven't already so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including the four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. Need help with something? you email them and wait, if you are throwing emails at them you are making the process take longer.

Ye, I understand but i was playing for 2 months and this happend in this week, key didn't dissaper cuz i have it on 3-rd party wabsite but i cannot link it again to poe2. Someone know why it dissapierd from the account?
