WASD Wrist Pain Solutions?

I have had to go to a controller due to my joints just being shot from 25 years of pc gaming. It's a sad day when you gotta admit that defeat, but it's not going to get better and the other solutions can actually lead to debilitating pain because you are delaying the inevitable and could possibly be causing more damage.

wasd works in wow because youre not always on the move like you are here. you get to stop for a pack or a boss target dummy style. you can also hit a forward movement toggle in wow for longer distances. wow also lets me turn by spinning the camera with the mouse...

too much constant endless movement for that here, imo at least.
