Any1 got helped by support?

Has any got email's from support recently/ or more important has any1 got any help from support recently.
I am curious cuz we keep getting the same answers from support but i haven't actually heard any1 saying they got the help or the accounts have been unlocked, or they got the refund.

no, got hacked, supported game from beta, 0 help, blizzard at least helped in those matters
I understand large volume of request but shouldnt hacked accounts be your prio?

Waiting since January 14th for a refund without any response

I got a response from support after about a week when i submitted my ticket but when i replied to their email asking about some of account information required, i haven't heard from support since. This is over a month ago.

I've been waiting since December 6th :)

I've been bumping my thread in the help forum for almost a month since they posted the generic copy-paste garbage they write to everyone.

Edit: Let's just say this is the last time they'll get a dime from me after such an experience with customer support...

I had a small issue, contacted them on Dec 16. Took a while, but finally got a reply on Feb 12 and got my issue resolved.

Hang in there guys, I'm sure someone from the support team will contact you soon.

Talking about blizzard notion of time , at least they are not fooling/scamming their customers. You jnow what you are buying from blizzard from the start...
I cannot believe i can actually say i rate ggg miles bellow blizzard it is actually painful...

You nailed it.

Ever since GGG went 'Big Bucks'... they been shit. Games going to shit, company is shit, sigh. Shoulda seen it comin.

But at least i know one thing. Its the last company that will ever see my extended support like this company has.

I think its important for everyone to realize though, that GGG is nothing but a name brand bought at its highest, for capitol gain, and as such, all actual passion and dedication to anything aside from "give us money" is all but gone. GGG means nothing, even more so since Chris relinquished full control, though im not so sure Chris' intentions were ever that 'good' either. Tencent is what runs this shit show now.

It was good while it lasted. But truthfully, GGG didnt last long before selling out. As someone else said. it is what it is.
