make sure to provide any information that may be needed to avoid additional delays and account lockage. Email from the registered or the use-to-be registered email if they changed it.

They will most likely lock your account to assure you are not a intruder.


To avoid getting hacked in the future, dont use the same password for everything, if you visit a site to login into POE assure its the official website. Dont open any sus emails. GGG won't contact you and there are phishing attacks that will attempt to trick you into thinking they are the real deal. (This goes for Steam aswell if you play POE through Steam)
