Merciless Labyrinth wont activate

on the plaque, all 3 trials are marked complete box is highlighted red, but the activate button wont highlight and open the door. heck 2 trials away from finishing eternal if this would work lol. So what am I missing. Cant be a bug or you guys would have been bi. um complaining for 8 yrs lol.

Oh rebooted cleared cache yadee yadda, just has never worked for about 2 months ago or so.

Yeah all three of them say complete when hovering over them but the box is outlined in red, and the activate button wont light up, the lab and the curel are done. have 2 offerings just in case but that didnt help lol

Looking at your Slayer, you only have 2 Ascendency points allocated are you sure you completed Cruel Lab?

Should be pretty easy to do at that level. I think DoubleU is correct, you only have 2 allocated and should have at least 4. I've never tried to skip over one of the lab levels, but it would make some sense if it is blocking you from doing the third difficulty before doing the second. It may be also that you have done it, but didn't interact with the ascendancy allocation. Unsure that would block entry though.

There is a chat command "/passives", that will show you all passive skills you have completed, including ascendancies and allocated ascendancies.

ok yeah they're completed. and makes sense. I have 2 allocated sockets on the passive ascendency tree, and 2 to go. Merciless and Eternal. Which ends in endless Hungar.

So whats broke?

Completing each lab difficulty gives 2 ascendancy points. 4 difficulties for 8 points total. At your level you would typically have 3-4 labs completed, meaning you would have 6-8 ascendancy points allocated. You only have 2. So you either have only completed the first lab, or did not allocate points from completing further labs. Either way, If you want those additional points you will need to run lab and interact with the ascendancy allocation board.

Not broken. It sounds to me like you are not interacting with the ascendancy board at the end of each lab. There are 3 things to do when you are in the reward room. Open chests, divine font and ascendancies. These ascendancy points are not automatically applied on beating Izaro. You need to go in the little side room and click on the ascendancy board. Like you did the first time you completed lab. Can not be done from outside lab. You get 2 points for each lab difficulty, not just 1.
