POE 2 Singapore Server High Ping and Latency Issue - Game Unplayable - Rubber-Banding - Game Pause

This post was made to bring this server latency issue to GGG's notice and as I can see many other players are joining in and sharing their frustration for the game we have paid and are not able to play at all.

I'm based in Thailand. Sometimes the Hong Kong server works better for me, even though it has slightly higher ping than the Singapore region (60ms vs 30ms).
