Just one projectile hits for 4275 with 45% Chaos Res. No way to survive 2 explosions at the same time :-)

I second this, even with max chaos res the damage these plants deal is way too OP.
Yes I know, skill ussue, blah blah blah, but come on.. As a Perfect Strike user I have to stand still in order to do a big hit.. These plants keep on spawning and they are not always in the same position. I seriously hate these kind of mechanics.. Instead of these balls, make the rare stronger and give him chaos damage or w/e. |

The only thing wrong with these plants is the fact that the projectile pursues you forever until you stop moving. This can, albeit rarely, put you in situations where stopping to move puts you at risk. The projectiles either need to target your location when they spawn, or stop chasing you after a few seconds.

T15 map with no suprise mods. 72% chaos res, 80% chance to block, 3.5k life, 8% life regeneration per second. Died to thosee fkers.
Was locked between two bull rush animation from two possesed rares (atlass passives about cloning rares) and could only watch how I die. I am so mad. I choose tanky class (Smith of Kitava) because I hate dying. I take time to prepere, slowly progressing map placing totem at the edge of screen. Spend shitton of time looking for upgrades at the market and all this is for nothing. Better to go full DPS and die like a bicz than focus on surviablity in the first place. GG cut their dmg or limit how many orbs can spawn on the screen. |

They should remove this, or lower the damage by at least 80%. In a ritual area (small as F) I am being chased by ~8 of these balls.. How is this fun? I can't dodge due to terrain, leap slam has a slight cool down and I often tend to jump into an exploding ball.. (controller)

2k damage at max resistance is ridiculous even for things that are "easy" to avoid. It's especially apparent in rituals that have these chaos orbs. Seems like there's no good solutions and they should keep being avoided.

Funny when you capture a beast with this ability it causes miniscular 300-400 DMG.
