Voidborn supporter pack now seems worthless

Hi GGG,

I’ve always liked the supporter packs as a way to support the game I love. In return, obtaining some "exclusive" MTX feels rewarding. When the Voidborn Supporter Pack was released and I saw the floating player model, I and many others instantly pulled the trigger.

Now, a couple of years later, we’ve received multiple floating character models with even more customization than the Voidborn ever got.

I’m referring to the Vaal Serpent-God, the Karui Elemancer (where just the weapon effect is enough to float), the Sandwraith Assassin, and now even the Kirac Vault Pass offers it.

This makes me a bit sad. I would love to see some updates to the current Voidborn set. At the very least, give it additional features like the Kirac Vault Pass or make parts of it interchangeable, similar to how the Karui Elemancer’s weapon effect works.

That is not the point of this feedback report. But I'll add it for u.

For me they should create a movement mode slot in the right side of the boot slot skins, above the Fooprint slot, then all extra movement style like floating, flight and any other new movement style... So everyone would be able to choose the movement style and use with any armour set!!

I dont know why they didnt do this yet!

Its so annoying to have these movements styles being locked into a specific gear!

And again, these movements styles should never ever be locked into a skin gear piece.

I have all the others floating and flight movement style from 2024 and 2025 supporter pack, except 2023, and i really dont care if they add these movements styles as a new microtransaction slot to everyone be able to buy and use.

I dont care about "exclusivity"!! Its a SOLO-ARPG, most of the time you play solo, you see other players only when o go to the "City" where someone can see your "exclusivity". Its stupid to ask for exclusivity in a solo based ARPG game.

For me all the cosmetics from Supporter Packs should be able to buy later, when the leagues end and a new supporer pack came. BUT you will not receive the extra points if you buy the microtransactions later and you will need to buy each piece with points.
If you buy the supporter pack when its in the League so you will receive all the extra points, like is rightnow!

Yes, the non-bound movement styles would be great. It almost already exists with the Elemancer weapon effect.

I don't agree with the idea that exclusivity is stupid. I know you mostly play solo, but compare this to other packs with nice skins or even grandmaster tokens/forum custom pictures. Those haven't been seen again since their original release. That means those supporter packs hold more value. In turn, this one has less, since the exclusive item you could get is no longer exclusive.

I hope they just make packs that do feel like u purchase something worthwile. Even tho I mostly just want to support GGG. I like to have some cool stuff.

Yeah, as someone who has a voidborn pack as well, I was a little bummed at how similar voidborn is to the new kirac pass. I honestly have no issues with floating not being too exclusive, but like... they literally carbon copied so much of the concept as well as the poses of the voidborn pack. Both the concept and the postures should be completely different to voidborn at least, to at least differentiate it in some way

I don't think floating, as an aesthetic, should just be exclusive to one cosmetic.

In fact, I don't think the floating should be tied directly to the armor at all.

Please understand I don't say this to criticise - when I returned from something of a hiatus and saw the floating King of the Faridun armour set, that definitely played a factor in me choosing to buy one of the packs from that series - so I'm as guilty of this as you are.

But to be fair to GGG, if you look at the list of series of supporter packs, they're not going to be able to come up with an indefinite number of ideas. Anything as cool but sort of general thematically like floating was always going to be something they revisited an increasing number of times into the future. It's just too objectively popular to tie to a single limited-time supporter pack and then say "well, that's it, we've done it now." (And the above list doesn't account for the likes of Kirac's Vault or challenge completion, which I feel emphasizes my point.)

The point of this post is just to make GGG think a bit more before reusing or heavily discounting previously paywalled content.

I don’t think the money was wasted, part of the purchase was to support GGG, and I stand by that. But that shouldn’t be an excuse. Seeing the same content released later for 16 times less still stings, and it makes supporters feel more like suckers than appreciated fans.
