Same, tried with Vulkan and DirectX, no difference, instant kick, back of the queue

OK so this isn't just me. I keep DC'ing trying to get into game after I have created new toon. Tried validating files off Steam and that did not imporove it. Not sure if i should try a server other than Texas next. I took the day off just to play!

Same thing is happening to me. I've updated video drivers, rebooted, close all other programs (awakened poe trade) and i can't get passed character selection.
