Sharing some Quarterstaff Revamp ideas with everyone.

I wouldn't think that based on the description and now I need to make tests to see if what you say is true.

But based on the text description, the dash affects one target and if it's within culling range, you gain a power charge for securing a kill.

Based on the same description, I'd think that the only AoE relevant to this skill is the area in which you reveal all enemies within culling range.

If this skill would indeed grant multiple charges, then my point would be invalid and nit picking at best.
It has Culling Strike but anything it kills will grant a charge. That might seem like a meaningless distinction, but Crit/Attack Area of Effect/Area Damage modifiers might elevate the skill.

Slot all the +AoE supports onto killing palm and then inspect its accuracy. It will always be 100%, but the top value 'within X meters' should change as it gains more AoE.

I suspect the current problem is that its initial AoE radius is so dang low that an inordinant amount of resources has to be funneled into +AoE for it to consistently hit multiple targets.

To me the radius feels so small that it might as well be a single target skill.

In all honesty, I never got 2 Power Charges without the aid of passives or support gems when using Killing Palm...even after reading your post.
