Allow Currency Exchange in SSF

It sounds like you think Alva is just a normal vendor, shes not, currency exchange are 100% player vs player trading, Thats why it will never happen in ssf.

This would trivialize everything, when you had an early Divine drop in the campaign or first maps. There is a reason, why it is called SSF. Live and play with the stuff, that drops. It also makes no difference, if it is traded via Alva from other player or "crafted" by a vendor recipy. I don't know how it is in PoE1 now (I've quit PoE1 about 5 years ago and I don't want to reinstall, just to check this), but there never has been the possibility, to downgrade a currency orb (like exalted to lots of Chaos orbs, or Divine to 100s of Exalteds). As I've said: Live and play with the stuff, that drops. Otherwise play trade version and don't trade except for your currency exchanges. Of course you can't claim then, that you are a SSF player and nobody believes you, that you haven't traded or got carried in HC, but that's your problem then. " I know, the chaos vendor recipy and I used it a lot at the start of a league. But that's something completely different. I'm not even against such vendor recipies, which helps you a bit at the start. It's hard enough to get a complete yoellow set at the start. Selling a mirror...yeah, don't think, that anyone would do that. But as I mentioned, you couldn't trade a divine (which is rather more a normal currency, than the mirror) at a vendor for dozens of Exalteds. And that is, what the OP wants. SSF is for the ones, who can actually play without the top gear. It is for those with the player skill. It is for the top 1% or maybe even less. Stop requesting stupid bs. Once Kingsmarch comes into poe2 you might be able to do something like trade shipping where you get a "chance" at receiving specific orbs and items (depending on what you send, and where) somewhat similar to poe1 but made suitable for poe2.
Kingsmarch was a godsend for ssf in poe1 and I'm sure it will be in poe2 as well. |

I agree, does not need to be the full exchange from trade league, but makes sense being able to trade valuable thing with npc... make them have a big cut, but would help make the ssf xp more enjoyable...
