Utility MTX should be transferrable to other devices.
If you own the MTX that's grating the utility (counters) then you should be able to attach it to whatever device you want to use.

I have both timer and kill counter devices, I have to choose which utility I have. I go with timer cos the defiler device is way too big for me to bother with it.
