I see the 16 mod vid so I am assuming the build runs all mods at that point of the game. But what are some mods I should watch out for early on when I'm still in the progress of making upgrades and want to save exp as much as possible?

" Made a list for my own sake just as a reference point as I don't typically play life stackers. The first one is a never run. The rest can technically run depending on where you are gearing wise. The more things you solve, the more mods you can run 'safely' until you can embrace 6 portals (or Mageblood). Don't run: - No regen (very high mana sustain, shouldn't change) Better to avoid early on: - 40% Less CDR. They removed a lot of the map scaling effect from tree, but even scaling it to 50% less CDR is going to hurt any trigger build substantially. Can still map with it later on technically and just lose so much damage as a result, but it's going to feel bad, especially early on. - Chain you can get around dying to it with Pantheon, but golems may still get shredded by it until you get more damage/speed. And with how much the golems provide, I would just not run this mod personally until later on. - The usual multiple damage mods if you care about XP. You stack 4-5 damage mods on a T16 map with less than 1m DPS, you may have a rough time if anything looks at you until defenses solved. Can workaround: - Phys reflect if not fully converted (60% gloves + mastery or Hrimsorrow). - Ele reflect until fourth lab (assuming going Aegis last) - Phys as extra chaos if low chaos res (more susceptible if chaos golem dies who is not immune to chaos damage). Dissolution specific: - Burning ground (Pantheon) - Chance to poison (Abyss jewels) - Always ignite (Stormshroud) - Desecrated ground. There is some solution, but brain is drawing a blank now. I don't typically run T17's so this list is just for T16 mods, but chances are you aren't running T17's for exp on this build anyways. |
