Downfall? Grow up lol

They told you what the downtime was for. There aren't always patch note for server maintenance, as this is a standard across all live service games. Server maintenance happens weekly for most live service companies.

Just another person looking for a reason to complain. Annoying

Why did they mess with the game's audio?

It's crashing on every map, man, for God's sake.

Computer is hard crashing on Vulkan, trying DX12 now, but yeah.

They definitely botched something with the latest patch. According to the counter on my PS5, I've played almost 300 hrs of this game (started this June) and before the patch, I have never encountered a single freeze. Now it freezes all the time. Even just looking at a vendor's inventory can cause it.

Someone mentioned an unorthodox fix that worked for me though. In the options turn all of the sliders involving sound options all the way to the left. Managed to play a few hours this way. Of course that means you'll be playing the game in complete silence but it will have to do until GGG fixes this.
