Can we get clarification on limitations of Merchant Tabs?

As a primarily SSF player who occasionally ventures out into Trade Leagues, I'm curious where the limits are of the new tabs. The video suggests we only access them through Ange, which has me more than a little concerned, as she ought not to be available in SSF.

My questions are then:

1. Are the Merchant Tabs still accessible from the normal stash?

2. Are the Merchant Tabs automatically indexed, or can I use them for personal storage still?

3. If I convert my Premium Tabs to Merchant Tabs, do I effectively "lose" those tabs in SSF?

4. If I convert them during this PoE2 season, will they still be regular Premium Tabs when the PoE1 client receives this functionality, or will they also be auto-converted in that game as well?

It's going to really suck if I opt to convert some of my tabs while I have the option to do so, only to effectively "lose" them as storage tabs.

Let's throw in:

5. Will Quad Tabs work the same as Premium tabs for the Merchant function?

inb4 you can pricefix by flooding hideouts with lvl 1 accounts so noone can join

I somehow don't think that's going to work in SSF.
converting a map-tab would be helpfull for all those burningground+deal no dmg maps which are loved by the customers.

Just saying. One pricesetting for all of them.

In the Interview with DM, Jonathon stated the limit was 20.

I hope so, after 400 hours.
How does price fixing work by flooding the hideout with dummy accounts? Isn't the price you put will not change until you change it again?

Or are you saying to force the system see that this items has been priced for xxx amount for the past 3 months. So this must be the standard price. Hence the price fixing?

But then someone sells it quick for cheaper and faster. How does price fixing work here then?
