I know you're pissed. I've been there numerous times myself when some BS after death mechanic or ground clutter death trap you can't see ends my feel good moment.

I've got an alternate path for you. Run no mod red maps. The exp per mob is the same. It's slower for map sustain, but you can buy the maps for pennies and still get faster through put for levels 90-05 without the risk. Buy a ton of level 12-14 maps.

Yes, it goes counter to all of what you hear people say you need to do. The loot will be lower, a good bit over corrupted 8 mod maps, but the lowered risk and ease with which you gain exp will make up for it.

At least it does for me.

Stick with it. You will get there. GGG wants you to die a lot. It's a part of their business model.

Agree that GGG wants you to die A LOT. If you are not dying A LOT then they would feel they failed themselves.

yeah im pretty sure i tested xp at lvl93 in a T15 map with 1 basic abyss scarab a while back and got about 13% xp? from 1 map.

I think he meant the omen was used but it didn't work.

Anyways to the author, u generally can easily reach lvl 98 those days with some decent defences, provided u dont run 8mod t16, or T17s-valdos.I wouldn't invest in omens before that if I would need more levels.

I'm just going to assume you aren't aware that only one omen can trigger per map.
I thought the same until I learned how it worked.

Not to dump on you OP, but this^. Once you hit 95 or so then deaths really start to hurt. Up till then they are really annoying, but you don't lose hours of gametime.
