Can't figure out two things:
1. Why are you taking x3 "Feed the Fury" with leech things if you have 1 max hp and can't leech energy shield (Ghost Reaver unallocated).
2. Why are you taking x3 Bloodscent if global cooldown for Rage per hit 0.5 seconds.
I'm not an expert, just trying to figure out why there a lot of leech if you cannot leech and x3 things that does not stack cuz of global cooldown.
All very good questions! Hope these answers will provide som clarity.
1. feed the fury has a attack speed modifier
"30% increased Damage while Leeching
15% increased Attack Speed while Leeching"
Doesnt say "leeching life", meaning leeching in general, and we are leeching Energy shield + we have overleech meaning these effects dont get removed at full Energy shield, meaning its up all the time. Its the highest damage ingame and highest attack speed for any cluster mod. And easy to roll in harvest bench, just spamm those clusters with reforge life mod and you get a 3 notable pretty often with feed the fury.
Ghost reaver deactivates the recharge/regen, so we dont want to use it, we have enough base energy shield regen from the support gem (1.9% + more damage) and soul drinker (2%). I personally hate it when you low on ES and noway to gain it back thru recharge just because Im forced to use ghost reaver. This is how you get passed Ghost reaver as an ES build. This is annoying with lab traps and burning ground for example. But without Ghost reaver, your ES can recharge and you still keep the leech + get overleech.
This is also the reason why, if we swap to assassin later, those forbidden flesh and flame with soul drinker are important.
While, as a trickster, soul drinker is part of the ascendancy.
Overleech in general is a good layer of defence.
2. bloodscent do stack, berserker consumes 5 rage per second, and you need to generate more than 5 rage per second to have berserk up all the time, this means berserk cannot be up all time, which is true, but uptime will be superlong, since you generate more rage than you consume.
"Yes, the Bloodscent notable passive skill from cluster jewels does stack.
Allocating multiple Bloodscent notables will provide the rage generation effect multiple times. For example, having two Bloodscent notables will allow you to gain 4 Rage on Hit with Axes or Swords (with a single hit every 0.5 seconds being able to generate rage"
You are not wrong about the global cooldown, but you can get more rage than just 1 or 2 per hit, you can stack so you have 10 rage per hit with a single hit every 0.5 seconds. To have Berserk up almost all the time, you need alot of rage per hit, it has same effect as mana burn, it multiplies over time. This 2 clusters + the passive tree will generate 6 every 0.5, meaning 12 per second. And Berserk consumes 5 per second + over time multiplier. Meaning having 10-12 rage generated per second = longer berserk. To have even longer berserk uptime, you can continue stacking. But from experience, 6 rage per hit every 0.5 seconds is enough.
If you cannot afford bloodscent, you can use a rage support gem and that part of the passive tree for rage as in POB, OR the new bloodline ascendancy that gives you 2 rage per hit. BUT bloodscent stacking is the best way.
This way, we run berserker, raider, trickster and slayer all at once in 1 Trickster / Assassin, meaning the speed, the overleech, the perma berserker mode.

Build seems super cool, I'll probably try it out once I feel like I'm tapped out on my exsang miner. That being said, all the PoBs even the Romira have mage blood or juiced gear. Is this a true second character needing like 100d to start or is there a starter version?
You mentioned you can start the build at 66 or whatever but no way you're getting MB, melding etc by then. Just curious if there's like a 10d version or something.
Yes, this is a superexpensive build, sorry for that. Aegis is at 200c, mageblood at 120div right now, so its not an ideal league starter. Its a league finnisher.
Right now im running a 10c build howa, romira, voice of storm and everything else just random, kinda works but not strong enough yet.
My suggestion is to get romira + voice of the storm + howa.
2 clusters and 4 25% increased effect with some intelligence on them, anything above 9 intelligence is ok, they go for 10c each, but the 2 large clusters will be expensive, maybe get a 2 notable for 10c for now. If you cannot afford the 2 bloodscent clusters for now, just skip them and go for any random 3 notable with feed the fury. and then remove a damage support gem (red) and put on a rage support gem, you still have 5 rage per 0.5 seconds, its enough to have berserk up for atleast 10-15 seconds, good enough for boss fights. (this is what im doing currently)
Whats important is that, you need to be able to use purity of elements + grace + determination + wrath + discipline + herald of thunder so you're auras are all up, but skip herald of thunder and discipline if you dont have enough rmr at the moment.
what i run now for leveling.
and my random gear.
what im running now, is no where near the romira build, but this is what I manage to do with 10c as an early league starter and it is flickering and enough damage for t1-t3 maps.
The entire cost for the Romira is 4 mirrors, thats what I spent on it last league. But at 500 divines, you can get the basics, like mageblood and those 35%inc effect, 14% intell small clusters, and those bloodscent clusters will be expensive too, since bloodscent has lowest weight meaning rarest mod to hit.
But yes, rush prio in this order;
1. mageblood
2. aegis (cant use aegis without mageblood, you can but its not logical)
3. large clusters
4. small clusters
5. soul ascenscion gloves with +5 maximum souls or more.
6. start buying your end game gear.
Might take a month or two, but hey atleast you get a reason to grind.
Understood thanks for the detailed response. I can handle low tier maps pmg build now but it seems like this won't be the build for me. It's pretty rare I pass like 30d in a league, sort of a bad farmer.

Np bro. Let me know if you need help setting up your atlas tree up. Thats where the money is. But my tip is to increase effect of your maps and harbinger farm, for fracture orbs. Harbinger drops both fracture shards and mirrors shards, the actual best way to farm them. And run Basilica map only, if you like another map, scy the basilica map so the seven years bad luck card drops there. It has pretty high droprate tbh. And you be mirror farming in no time. Thank me later.

Aegis at 100c now.
Soul Ascension gloves at 35-40c
Voice of Storm at 1c
Romiras Banquet 1c
Howa 1-10c
melding of flesh -5% res is 10c
Cap your resistances with rare boots, ring and helmet, 5c a piece, they sell descent ones for around 5-10c currently.
Thats around 160c for a descent starter build, and then your flasks.
run purity of elements, purity of ice, grace and tempest shield
Fix your socket links and skill gems.
rush large and small clusters asap to be able to run wrath.
my current gear so far, 160c in cost. and its working for t1-t10maps atm.
i manage to farm 130c since league start, this is what I manage to come up with so far with 130c, now saving for soul ascender gloves. But its flickering and clearing maps. I tried to roll my helmet for a rmr implicit but I failed, cost me 10c worth of crafting lol.

Nice Ive seen a harbinger tree out there somewhere and I'll definitely give it a shot at some point. I hate starts that rely on exalting rates and stuff for profit since I'm so bad I identifying which are worth it or not. This seems like a better fit.

big thanks! someone made the voricci build and finnished the game and quit at lvl 85 after a week. He made a video of the trade and sent it to me.
ANd yes, Ill promise Ill make videos in the future for the bronn and the voricci build, i found some new tech that might be cool, spectre with wrath and lucky, but idk how it will survive in t17, ill test it later.

On this topic, I know you're running a budget setup rn and any videos would be much appreciated. The build obviously pumps with mirrors (but any build would), so it's cool to see the tiers

I will, i kept this build a secret long enough, its time for everyone to see the true power of flicker. Im still lvl 89, i want to get lvl 96 before I showcase it.
