The lack of communcation from GGG is appalling

What is going on with poe 2? why there is no patch, no fixes, no communication, nothing whatsoever?

I feel the same mostly. I still enjoy the game, but im concerned why GGG is going radio silent. I criticised their communication a lot in the past.
Its bad communication. In the forum, on discord, on reddit. There is no engagement or barely any with the community. I prefer if there would be more communication, more engagement with the community and not just a selective few people. That just feels a bit like elitism. Which isnt onyl the case for GGG a lot of game developers handle it that way. But others do it a lot better. Bugs are rarely getting acknowledged and simply not added to known bug forum thread. to be fair we do know that patches happen every 4 months, so next month will be 0.4, usually we get a teaser a few weeks before, and then a reveal stream a week before.

you mean like what happens every time 2 months in when a league is essentially over????? Like I don't know where people get these expectations from but why are you expecting patches here after they released a new season of poe1????? The development cycle is pretty fucking clear to read

League is over when another one start by the way. There's not even need for communication or apologies or other bullshits, just fix what you broke then do things on the other game. " The league was over a month ago..... Sure you could still play but there's no reason, it takes 2 weeks and most people are done content. Sure there's some ssf/hc folks who will work on stuff thru out an entire season but those are few and far between. Half that 20k is "people" who use the game as income but they're using virtual machines to run multiple clients so it's no where close to 1:1. Like I'm happy you're still playing but you need to understand 90% of the people aren't. I mean GGG releasing a new league in POE1 should have pointed that out but apparently inference and you aren't friends. Like you can not like their dev cycle and that a valid thing but acting like it's a surprise is just funny and someone throwing a temper tantrum |
