Loot balance is making parts of SSF very depressing

this is probably single handedly the best rare loot league ever, better than necropolis unless you want heist/ritual bases.

" I've played SSF exclusively since Ritual league so I've seen the full gambit. I do think the Breach tree is about as good as a deterministic crafting mechanic should be without involving metacrafting, it's like a slimed down version of Necropolis. The fact a central facet of it is producing random high rolled fractured is amazing and dearly hope that stays. My main complaint is not about making a powerful character that can kill ubers, that is always rather trivial, it's more about the apparent build space shrinking. Loot right now is absolutely fine in a trade scenario, but that's because all you're farming is funbucks that can be conveniently exchanged (now asynchronously) for whatever you want. Again I'm well aware I'm part of a minorty but I do think SSF players experience the glaring balaincing issues to a much more significant degree than trade players do and I will voice my opinion as such. |

" Categorically untrue but yes, it is very good at making a certain subset of rare items. In Necropolis I made a 1100 pdps Exquisite blade completely deterministically and trivially because it was either that, buy more stash tabs or destroy my corpse storage. Necropolis was the most busted mechanic the game has ever seen without contest and I'm NOT advocating for that to return. What I do want is less hopeless access to build-enabling <T2 uniques. |

Well, you're wrong, but ok.
The amount of time it took you to farm corpses you would make that same sword with the tree. Or something very similar. |

" Craft me a 6xT1 Exquisite Blade with 28% quality with the tree and nothing else. I'll be waiting. |
