Bloodmage is bettter caster in any aspect.

I played stromweaver this league and check anything, that assendancy can give stormweaver as advantage:
Infusions = usless any class can use infusions and mostly you need only 1 type of it. Arcan surge = usless anyone can use it with tree or gloves mods. 20% mana before life can be compinsated with 1 rune and 1 mod on jewel(you lose 18% es and 20 %crit damage at most) = usless too. Limit for elemental spells = just bad its playable only with stroms, but Shaman do it better and orbs(orb of storms that didnt get any buffs from 0.1) Shock = nerfed for casters, have low value. Playable only with bows or any other martial weapon. Chill same as shock but worse, becouse chill nerfed against bosses and almoust have no buffs on the skill tree.
