pretty sure the item will be 'legacied' with next patch because of the humongous damage increase and the extra gore which will be a shop feature. this is just for the show. So, congrats and enjoy :)

facebreaker, is good glove, only a few attack gems work with it, infernal blow, frenzy, ethereal knives you'll need for groups, attack speed for faster attacks and raises damage as well, melee damage nods raises damage so don't bother with 1h+2h nods they don't work
