yes you can, but you can also craft one that you can't buy..it all depends on how you wanna go about it.

crafting in PoE isnt existand because crafting involves Skill which we dont need for a Random Number Generator

Ofcourse it's random, that's the whole point of the game, but that does not mean that you can't craft.
It may seem like semantics but there's a fundamental difference in something being completely random and where you actually have control.

You can specify WHAT you want to craft, you can control the possibilties of that item by using the ilvl of the item, you can control WHAT will happen with it depending on what orb you're using and in wich order you are using those orbs. What you can't control (for obvious reasons) are WICH variables are going to be applied to that item, simply because you're then devaluing items.

If anyone could have any gear they wanted, and being able to completely decide every affix and suffix, no one would use anything but the best items...there would be no incentive to strive for better items when you reach a certain level and no one would use anything but self-made gear...in a game where the hunt for better items is more or less core gameplay (kill stuff to get stuff)

So imho, you can very much craft stuff, but you can't make your items as you wish all the time, big difference.

i would alt/aug + regal the 5l..as u need phys dmg %, flat phys dmg and IAS to have nice dps
