Cant teleport to waypoints

I played some hours yesterday and I'm on act 2 right now but i can't teleport to waypoints. I thought that the game is meant to be that way and i found it very annoying, but in the chat people said that you can teleport to waypoints by clicking them on the map, but i can't .

You can only teleport from one waypoint to another waypoint you have previously discovered. Click the waypoint where you are standing and it will bring up the map. Then click the waypoint on the map where you want to go.

Yeah it's kind of a problem having the quest menu / map as the waypoint menu also. Could be made clearer.

can you describe your problem better? you cannot teleport from the map by pressing the "u" or map key. you can only teleport from the map when it is brought up by clicking on the actual waypoint. and you can only teleport to another waypoint that has been clicked on.

Hi Ben!
You can only travel to waypoints that you've activated. This means that if you walk past a waypoint in an area you need to click on it and open the map; this will activate the waypoint and mean that you can use it to travel. If you open the map and an area has an empty circle, this means that there is no waypoint there. If the area has a small dot, this means that there is a waypoint in this area that you have not yet activated. If the circle is filled in, this means that there is a waypoint that you have activated and you will be able to travel there. If this doesn't help, would you be able to send us a screenshot of your map when you click on a waypoint? This may help is to solve the problem. | |

You need to travel to a waypoint FROM a waypoint.
