Build Creator

A while ago i got an idea of making a build-creator for PoE.
I started working on it and now it's finally usable :)

The build-creator is like the "Passive Skill Tree" on this site, but will automatically find you a short route to all the skills you select (will not always find shortest route, but near).
It has the same functionality with save-link (links will hopefully be shorter in later update), and possibility to search for skills as the "Passive Skill Tree" has.

In addition you can select what skills are more important, weighing Strength, Dexterity and Intelligence.

You can also mark skills red to make the build-creator do whatever it can to avoid the skills

The application is still in development, but i wanted to share it here, so i could get valuable feedback.
Please let me know what you think, and how it could be improved.

(You need to install Unity WebPlayer to use the build-creator)

Things already planned for later updates:
*Weighing of more skills (accuracy, elementals, ...)
*Graphics (group-backgrounds, lines, tooltip)
*Showing of stats (Str, Dex, Int)

Great idea! Very nice.
Danskere: PM mig, hvis I har brug for en guild.
Is there a way to extract the original tree data somewhere or did you make everything from scratch ?

very good! much better for planing than the tree provided on the site
I think it's a bad idea to not do your skill tree alone for some reasons but it's still a nice job and a good initiative. Thanks.
Thanks for all the feedback :)

The original tree data can be found in the "Passive Skill Tree"-site source under the varibale-name "passiveSkillTreeData"
It would be far too much work for me to make it on my own, so i hope GGG will keep that one updated, so i can continue using it :)

I can agree with you that you should make your own build, but i do not agree that this does the whole job. :)
It will give you an idea on how to make the build.
If you have decided on 5-10 skills you really want, you can get a nice start on the tree, and then select smaller skills to map your way.

Yes, the tree is made in Unity, so you will have to install the "Unity Web Player" to see it.

Tried it again and figured it out! Would be better to have the information about needed plugins/additions in the initial posting... looked for me like an cross-advertisement first ;)
