Killing/dominating mobs requires not dying in 0.1second after 20 flickering spiders jumps to hug you. Seriously, immortal aura shouldn't be possible there.

The more I read about that map the less I want to go there. Specially on HC. Actually, thinking of entering that map already feels like seppuku.

I used Damning ring so I could cast those two curses. You still die if you are playing a character that can not leech. I would never enter this map on hardcore game mode, and yes I've seen plenty of players beat it on streams, but if they keep running it eventually they will run into that 1 combination of Rares with Auras that will do them in.
