Even just this morning I went on and played for 6 minutes from beginning and fire fury had this glitch.

I've seen it countless times with enemies.
This was the first time I've ever seen it with players and it was very pronounced. |

The bug where party members stop moving on your client is fixed in 0.9.12s.
