Steam point purchases not showing up in account transactions?

having the same issue anyone got a reply from support about this?

I got a reply but I think they misunderstood the entire request. I wanted them to add the purchase balance on steam to the website. All I got was an offer to send the remaining payment (still not adding the steam purchase) to paypal to get my account upgraded manually by support.

Now I need to wait another week to get a response to my *clarified* email reply.

Waiting on the same problem. Hoping support understands my request as it is similar to yours. I'd like to add all my Steam purchases $$$ to the website, so I can upgrade / track. Dunno why it doesn't show-up on the website, when it clearly links to our account internally.

I'm waiting on the second reply as well (ticket #14489). First response told me that only post 1.0 purchases can count towards combination upgrades, and that steam points can only count towards tier 2 - warrior packs at the highest. So my hope is that they can use the steam pack for a warrior pack and then the website pack for an upgrade of that one later.
I have $100 sitting as purchased through steam, another $100 through the website, and another $110 ($120) from pre 1.0 (all of them in basic point packs). Would be a bummer (read: rip off) if we can't use the steam purchases at all.

However, I've been getting mixed signals on it. More specifically, I've read that steam purchases are incompatible with upgrades past tier 2 - warrior several times, but I've also seen Chris Wilson say that support will happily help us out with combinations of steam purchases to the $280 pack here.

To add to that, I also have an acquaintance who did in fact get one of his pre 1.0 packs counted towards a new supporter pack upgrade.
