Interesting. I think that chaos resistance needed to be added with the way elemental resistances work. I think that one of the added benefits of this will be that it wont be so piss easy to max resists.

I'm a bit disappointed that ES can get life regeneration with a keystone because.... now what separates it from life?

Diamond flasks being removed for now is probably for the best. They completely dominated the gameplay.

Super disappointed that nonmap content ends at level 64. That's barely higher than what it currently is.

Super excited about better pacing regarding monster pack size.

CI keeping chaos immunity but losing bonus energy shield is great IMO. Keeps it good without allowing it to dominate builds.

Lightning Arrow chance to shock throws a build I wanted to try out the window. Oh well!

Very big chain nerf, but I think it needed to happen.

Spell totem cast speed nerf was much needed.

Thumbs up on the granite flask nerf, but I still dont see why it doesnt scale.

Up to +3 gem level on an item = awesome. Hello poison arrow builds.




All in all great stuff. Time to start crafting!

Rain of Arrows: Is now a level 4 Skill (from 10). Its area of effect has been increased by 20%. The delay between firing and arrows hitting the ground has been reduced by 20%. Its Area of Effect has been reduced and its quality bonus has been changed from Area of Effect to Attack Speed. Its damage effectiveness has been reduced slightly.


Area of Effect increased, then 2 lines later Area of Effect decreased? o.O What are the differences between the 2 lines, apart from the capitalization of the Area of Effect words?
