You are wrong to expect any kind of response to concerns of this nature and should feel thankful for any sort of response you do receive because this is valuable time they have spent explaining/discussing things they most probably needn't. I'm somewhat curious as to the details of the "bad run in" and "shitty support staff" but I very much doubt you could present a compelling case where the support staff was hostile or out of line. (Don't post details.) Based on your posts here, I suspect it may well have been you who was hostile or out of line and, from my perspective, your posts seem to be actually complimenting GGG Support. That they would respond faster to some issues than to others is just a matter of triage. I, for one, don't want cash-related queries stuck behind months of such as "why was I muted for 5 minutes!?!" and the ensuing discussions that change nothing. Insinuating an internal greed for only being quick on monetary issues that in fact equally affect players' wallets is.. well, perhaps biased and generally pigheaded? --- As for getting another supporter pack.. perhaps. " I love my POE badges and feel proud for supporting this game. * I do 'have' a Champion Supporter pack too, but I gave this to my Wife, 'KayKaysee' (casual POE player), as a pressie to give her some points spend and cool things to use.
