Yes, if the guide tells you to get those four gems, get those 4 gems.

Optionally, you can get yourself six more more Arc gems and level them in your secondary weapons. You don't get them for a quest, you can buy them from Nessa on the 2nd page (look on top of the window, when you talk to Nessa and click on "Purchase items", there should a tab "2" with skill gems)

You don't have to do this, it's optional. The reason is so that you have seven level 20 arc gems later that you can corrupt with Vaal Orbs. There's a probability that one of them will turn out to be a corrupted Level 21 gem.

-> I didnt find a info which gem should I get from Nessa, one of the first quests from beginning: Elemental profi sup, spell cascade sup, infused challening sup, lesser poison sup, summon phantasm on kill sup.

Does it really matter? or should I get a green one and use it for reciepe with iron ring to make topaz ring?

If you want to use Zealotry, you have to use the Enlighten Support, too. Which means you'd have to throw out 2 gems and make a 4L setup from the auras + enlighten. So you wouldn't throw out Enfeeble and Wrath, you would throw out Enfeeble + Blasphemy, since they belong together anyway and Blasphemy is only needed for Enfeeble.

I leveled Zealotry and Enlighten in my secondary weapons for a while and about 3 days ago, I also switched Blasphemy and Enfeeble out for it.

Like WorderMostFoul said, it's a bit of a dealer's choice, since you're basically trading defense for dps.

The dps boost from Zealotry is considerable. It's not a total game changer, but it's considerable. But losing out on the defensive capabilities from Enfeeble is also noticeable.

Since it's the same socket colors tho, there's no problem in switching. So you can simply keep the gems and switch between the two setups whenever you feel you need one more than the other.



Tried it and didn't like it.
Also my Focus Spell doesn't work with the new Combo Zealotry and Enlighten Support, and i don't know why.
Definitly recognizing the Defensive shrink, so, i will rather play the more relaxed playstyle.

I guess Enki doesn't mention it, because it doesn't matter, yes. We do not plan to use any of those gems that you get as a reward in this case. So you can pick whatever you want.
Hi, first thank enki for great build.
Anyone here think about play Arc crit ever? I attempt to play Arc crit base on Enki's build in standard.

I think you may be misunderstanding Enki's intent. He's saying that mods that apply increases and/or reductions to the damage our minions deal (to enemies) also apply those same increases/reductions to the damage we deal (to enemies). This only pertains to damage we deal, not damage we take.

Almost all of the time, this will be a benefit, since most mods affecting minion damage are increases to it. Perfect examples of this are the nodes in the passive tree around spiritual aid and in the middle of the triangle right above our start point; they can also be found as mods on items, like the implicit mod on a bone helmet. Given how big and complex PoE is, I'm sure there are plenty of instances of a debuff/mod that results in decreases in minion damage, and those would in fact decrease our damage, too. I don't believe they're something we would encounter very often, though.

Wait, what :O wow, so after I take Spiritual Aid - all increased minion damage also means = reduced minion damage we will take? Thats insane. Im sorry I didn't notice that, but it doesnt says clearly that it works like that. I can only aggre due to "Increases and reductions to minion damage also effects you" - so that means all "increased minion damage" we take from passive tree = means = more dmg I do to minions with my skills

For now I love this build, im at the beginning of act 3, im 28 lvl and clearing really fast everything, never died once lol.

Also I got two unique Lifesprig driftwood wand for lvling + Nomic's storm strapped boots ( I hope its good combo)

btw.
Anything should I know before taking Eldritch Battery? I understand that due to taking this I will be able to run a lot of auras because mana will not matter anymore compare to Energy shield I will have... But what is wondering me that I will just lose Energy shield after I spam my all skills. + "Energy shield protects mana instea of life" - this part I dont understand. + I will have 50% less energy shield recharge, I dont even know how I will be able to recharge my energy shield or even use my skills If i will have so low ES due to arc spamming + ES recharge can be interrupted from hits . I dont even mention the part when i will have full auras and almost like 5% mana and after I take mind over matter (MoM), 30% of damage will be take from mana (so that means it will be almost nothing to take from that)

Thanks for the great guide, I enjoy this build a lot even at lv55.

One question, I die a lot when fighting Act Boss. My life is about 1.4k and all resistances 75, except chaos, is that the reason? So, I need to craft +life to my gears to improve my character?
