Enki's Arc Witch Memorial Page & POE 2 Arc Summary
Hey! Getting back at this build for this league with a lot of investment available, got pretty far, still optimizing weapons (but I have similar dps weapons, only miss the 6% dodge hit of the tiger hook) and I've felt quite low on single target dps with it! ( I have the rest pretty balanced, missing assassin's marks, but I have the ring tested with it)
I'm not switching any gems for clearing / boss (vaal arc - spell echo - unleash - light pen - increas crit - hypothermia)
I was wondering if unleash was really good to pair up with spell echo ? It feel kinda overkill and could we use more dps support gems for boss?
I have also noticed a little glitch (if we may call it) with those two paired up. Spell echo duplicate the cast pressing one time the spell but with unleash, if you cast and move, it only does it one time and thus it doesn't duplicate it, at this point I was wondering if it wouldn't be better to put something else instead of spell echo (or unleash ?)
with approximatly all the "semi end-game" gear, it feels kinda weak compared to 3.5 when I played it with less gear than that, was it hard nerf?
The only think I can think about is the lack of elemental damage converted to chaos on both weapons, but I don't think it will catch up for boss damage :/
EDDIT : I'm a dummy who forgot jewels ! But it is definitly good map mods starving, can't run easily a quarter of those it seems :(

I'm having issues buying upgrades, i've so far wasted about 10-20c getting new weapons with the way you explained to buy on poe trade. I'm currently rocking two wands that can't seem to be beatable by any other items within the 30c price range. Can I also use a 2hander or something?
Looking at your wands, they're okay, but you should really be able to find some with at least 4 desirable mods each--or 3 with an open crafting slot--to improve your damage. A 2H can work with the build this league, but I wouldn't aim for it unless you find something really amazing.
I recommend searching for profane wands, since the implicit casting speed is really useful for both DPS and movement. Then set your search to require 90%+ spell crit chance and add a second filter group for all the other mods Enki recommends with intermediate minium values, set the filter type to "count", and set minimum count value to 2 or 3 and see what comes up. That's how I got weapons early on in the league that lasted me until I had the currency to start multimodding my own.

Spend a couple c on a Divinarius and a Heartbreaker and just use those until you can afford to craft yourself a weapon.

Your profile is private so its hard to give any suggestions.
If you don't like unleash don't use it. I don't care for it personally.
I'm nowhere close to maxed out as far as gear but I already feel like boss dps isn't a problem.
Well, you can hit the Eye jewel in your Shroud with a Regal. Why are you linking Lightning penetration with Vaal Clarity? If you're only using it for the vaal skill, then maybe empower or enhance could benefit it. You can also pick up an Atziri's Promise flask and drop one of your life flasks.
