cold penetration refers to Call of the brotherhood ring, that converts 50% of our lightning to cold damage. it helps a lot because once you get it you can freeze anything before it touches you... read guide 5 times in row and you will get it.

Hi! Just a Quick Question. For a Dual Catalysts Run, what gems would you put in the catalysts, as they provide EleProlif? Thank you!

@steve444: 6% for each element, so 6% for lightning and 43% for cold with a Lv20 Cold Pen.

@BuilderofTime: You could try and see if Orb of Storms benefits from it in any way, but generally it doesn't matter since you will apply the ailments with Arc anyway.

That build is awesome, but sometimes I have a problems with bosses.
Testing two skills for that:
1. Storm call (instead of Arc) - awesome damage, but require 6l armour with 1 red slot - to install Less Duration. Too bad I still didn't have 6l armour :(
2. Freezing pulse (i.o. Arc) + Faster Projectiles (i.o. Hypotermia) (I have both of 20%q) - awesome damage too and perfect for moving targets. Also, able to hit targets off the screen :)

With the same gear/buffs tooltip damage is:
Arc 19lvl - DPS 18300
Storm Call 20%q 16lvl- Avg. damage 4000
Freezing Pulse 20%q 17lvl - DPS 33000 (with Faster Proj 20%q 16lvl installed instead of Hypotermia)

Just a quick question:

Why do you recommend to upgrade Arctic Armour (quality), when the only thing that quality increases is the duration, buuuuut we are using AA together with blasphemy, so it is an aura which doesn't affect the duration at all?

what do you think about elemental equilibrium in that build?

Having a ball with this build, quick newb quiestion for it though, i just hit lvl 70 and my dps on character is saying 92 unbuffed??? I think its 183 buffed, its mowing stuff down out there but dps is so low?? Any ideas? Thank you for guide!

Thanks for your very comprehensive guide, been following it closely. I'm a total newbie to this game, don't know how to link gear into this post. Could you have a look at my character and advise please? Am I correct to assume my next upgrade would be a 6-socket/link chest? Or should I try to optimise all the other pieces further? Thank you!
