Fixed a bug that caused race characters to not migrate automatically after an event finished.


Still have several unmigrated characters from previous races. ='[.]'=

If you thought they were common, your RNG was strong.

They were nowhere near common. Common would be 1 every map. Most people agree it was far less common than that.

It should be 1 min per map and an avg of 2 per map.

not rly, and even after the buff the spawnrate is too low .. 5 maps later .. 0 spirits
go to work, get married, have some kids, pay your taxes, pay your bills, watch your TV, play PoE, follow fashion,
act normal, obey the law ... and repeat after me: I AM FREE.
