Poison Arrow has been renamed to Caustic Arrow as part of the poison changes. The damage of this skill has been increased by around 37% at level 1, but reduced by around 42% by level 20. This reduction is more than compensated for by supporting the skill with the new supports. Caustic Arrow's mana costs have been increased, from 5 to 8 at level one, and from 13 to 16 at level 20.

1) Does "chance to poison" work like chance to freeze/shock/ignite - separate roll per each target?
2) What damage is poison damage? Is it "chaos" + "damage over time" + poison" or what (= "what stats will increase poison damage?")?
3) What is initial damage of each poison stack? Old value was 20%
4) How long is base duration of poison stack (was 2 sec) and are there any ways to increase/reduce it?
5) Caustic arrow will not use new mechanic, right? Interested in this part of mechanic: "Poison can now stack"

1 - Bino's (dagger), Adder's Touch (tree), and Viper Strike (skill) I believe apply Poison. Might be one of the new skill gems, too.
2 - Poison scales with chaos and damage over time I believe. It's 10% of the damage and stacks to 50, except for Viper Strike which is 25%.

Any chance in the near future to see the removal of frost blades target requirement?

It's still the only high range skill in the game that requires target.


The only issue I have with Frost Blades is that it uses mana when you shift attack, even when no mobs are about. Not sure if that's the case with other skills or not?
Incinerate gets the Warsong Commander treatment. I never really like Incinerate builds but I don't think it had to be gutted so that it's unusable. I mean why a bat like triple nerf?

Seems a bit much.

My favorite ice nova skill is being buffed though so I'm happy in that regard and poison is at least interesting. I just think over nerfing a skill like that is poor thinking. It almost seems petty

AHAHAHAHAHA, Wild Strike and Frost Blades were already wonderfully OP when supported properly. These buffs are.. they're just ridiculous. Expecting a nerf not long after, but damn am I gonna be enjoying it in the meantime.

edit: That Incinerate nerf though, ouch. How you gonna cut the cast speed AND damage in half and still be usable, yo?
