Incinerate nerf is outlandish. You don't do actual balance, you just nerf it into the ground.
And then you go ahead and nerf SRS too? So that's 2 of the builds I was enjoying.

Well... if you screw my characters - then screw your MTX. Not paying a cent more until I have 2 new enjoyable builds fully geared to replace the 2 you destroyed.

Another case of extreme salt
This whole p2w discussion rly made my day as i never expected to read it here at PoE. I played Years with only 4 Stashtabs because I play self found. As I started Warbands and wanted to trade a bit i felt the need for a larger and more organized stash, so i baught some bundles. So, does this make PoE a p2w game because i want to run a Shop? No, because running a Shop is not part of the Game, its something the Community build around the possibilities what the Game offers. Aside from that, running a Shop can be done with only 4 tabs. The need for more tabs just scales with you intention on how big you want your Shop.

As for the comparison to LoL. LoL is in a way p2w. Just try playing Team-Ranked with 5 Guys with a limited championpool. Your draft as a Team with a low championpool will allways be worse the the opponent team with a larger pool because you cannot ban und pick strategically and swap at the end of the Draft. Of course this accourse only on a pretty high level but its pretty sicnificant there.

Lightning Arrow's base damage has been increased by a flat 10% at all levels. The mana cost at level one has been reduced to from 8 to 7.

Typo?

Anyway I can't wait!

The thing is: At no point will an additional stash tab have an impact on how much damage you do, what enemies you can take on, or how fast you can clear a map. (All of these could be a part of the definition of "power" - the power you need to "win")

it has, but in a very indirect way. The more stashtabs you have the better you are able to trade stuff and wait for customers for specific items. the more stash tabs you have, the easier it is to mass craft stuff to get the 1 out of 100+ roll thats actually usefull.
And the more currency you get/have the better items you can buy

for crafting alone you need tons of tabs for just the base items since poe is a game about chances and therefore big numbers. that also and especially applies to craftingsucces.
OFC you can play to endgame with just 4 tabs and juggle around with mules on same and mules on another acccount, its a time and qol factor at the end that favors those who have more tabs.
The time you need for muling of deciding if an item is worth to keep others are already farming xp again. so tabs are definitely an advantage that indirectly helps to advance.

This^ I completely agree with. Especially, since there's no auction house and you have to do every trading from your stash.
Stashes are even more important with all the legacy items coming into the game - I'm pretty sure every decent player has at least 10 surgeon's flask now. Which will be traded at a high price -> more stash = (more legacy) = more curr = faster achieving highter tier weap/armor. Definitely an advantage. And crafting ofc, as the guy above also said.
Wow so many changes. I have never felt more motivated to use some of the buffed and new skills!

Does this mean that 100% of the skill gem spell echo no longer works with the skill gem incinerate? Or just parts of it?

This would be very useful to know as i run one character, a tanky incinerator. ..... i need to think things over if spell echo will ignore my incinerate given my gem line up (see below).

Spell Echo / Life leech / Incinerate / Lesser Multiple Projectiles / Fire penetration / (at a 6 link, mana leech).

Any information would be great here. Thanks!

Spell Echo won't be compatible with Incinerate. It won't support it, so linking it to incinerate won't do anything.

What about Desecrate? Weren't you guys talking about buffing it when new chaos spells are introduced?

The Bad:
- Blooddancer Nerf. Why... as a player using them, you traded no HP, no res, and reduced damage on frenzies for the ability to gain high life regen. Some poeple did that, but not too many. It just fit some niche builds like CI ZO regen chars. Now I see nobody using these any more. RIP to another nice unique item/mechanic for gaining decent lifereg from the right side of the tree
- I don't think TS needed a buff, like most bow skills it is already pretty strong. But people want their potato shot to be stronger than split, and so they got it, I guess xD

The Good:
- everything else really. Good job GGG! Incinerate has been overpowered as hell to the point where you couln't help but wonder why you'd bother with any other spell really.
I can't wait to play with new Viper Strike, melee splash, chaos damage/skills and run my voltaxic with leech & the newly buffed barrage & lightning arrow :)

INC sucked to me last league (i had 0 mana cost to) and now they nerf it big time (no echo -50% damage PER STAGE)

Lol @ inc players

RF still sucked since like 4 patches ago... it can't keep up with other builds they way it works and the AoE (before this patch) was so bad it was unreal i don't think 40% will make up for it still

To make RF worse buffing mobs isn't really helping RF users because we HAVE to get on top of them to kill them we cant be a scree away like spells and since the way it does damage is slower then everything we have to sit there and take hits
Even with 10k hp and high armor/block/over max res its still just bad

ARC seems like a better skill now replace inc with it :P
