Vortex is the new RF but infinitely better with all the power creep who happened since 1.2 (It even play the same without the self burn drawback). Now remember what happened to RF ? Spoiler Well forget about it because it was a time devs cared about pvp so get ready to get one shot a lot... for a long time... Hahaha yeah it's crazy. I will say I found my juggernaut weapon swap counter lol. I dare say vortex is much more op than even la because you just need a 10ex weapon, a 1ex helm, and a few gems and you're good to go.
