I think that's an agreeable cap, it's not painfully slow but it stops some of the nonsense we can get up to.

I think we should start this tournament without restrictions (one exception, no unblockable dodgeable stuff like hot & vortex)
and in time, we will build restrictions with long debates. all we need is contribution of everyone. i'll invite players to the tournament. i'll make a big list about it. "You have great power. Rup, tbh it's kinda silly to say no restrictions, but but but just this one I personally think is too broken.
I think either no restrictions at all or restrict many things right at the start. Building most of our restrictions over time is a bad idea imo because at first you incourage people to bring whatever they want and then start banning builds will completely remove those people who are not willing to make a new build, and whatever else they might come up with can be banned later, but if we decide on restrictions beforehand everyone can adjust / make builds once and not fear the nerfs. Keep in mind many of the potential contestants have much smaller budget than me or you, and would adapt to changes much harder than us. I agree with mark.
