None of that has really stopped me from being self-cast. I've only ever done one auto-cast thing and that was cast on stun + ice spear + prolif (titty bitches are dangerous, you know?). But I have seen how broken Vortex is, I'm sure you know from experience, Harley (btw, Montreal is worst Canada). But honestly, I just don't want to work with anything but ice spear and cascade, they're such great skills, and I'm glad to finally have a decent build that works in PVP... for the most part. I just don't see the appeal of switching over to T1 builds like EA and LA and all that bullshit. Just so what, you can win? You can show other players how little integrity you have, that you just HAVE to win no matter the cost? It does seem rather disingenuous when players go on about how much they love PVP but refuse to go outside the T1 metas that are killing PVP.

no offense guys, but going low life in this meta is not a good idea.

losing 1 second at the start of the round to open an aura can make you lose high ground in area control.

anything below 12K ES is as desperate as attacking a tank with sticks and stones. also you gonna lose a lot suffixes to be able to get decent amount of chaos resist. those suffies can be cast speed% which is really good in pvp, especially vs rusher builds.

Low life works for me, but i have the gear for it.

I get 75% chaos resist trought my gear no jewels needed... and my castspeed is more than enough. I lose nothing in order to reach full chaos resist.

I have 8.5k ES which is plenty, 12k es wouldnt matter when i'am getting 1-2 shotted most of the time under 15k. In this meta tankiness is nothing, it's either pray that you dodge/block, hit first or die.

I can't agree with losing nothing when getting chaos res on gear. Even if you have 6 T1 items, you could have better resist overcaps, cast speed, attributes to get instead of skill tree, or better ability to swap for unique items without resist.

However lowlife fits well into the oneshot-the-opponent-more/faster meta atm.

Other than that it's only some more resist overcap which i'am not lacking right now.

Better to max out my chaos resist to get 30% more spell damage low life than having more overcap and 12% cast speed.

All the uniques i have to use are already being used, this build is nothing new for me and was already done a year and half ago... i have everything i need basically from uniques to rares.

I reality i have 120+ in each resist, 8K energy shield, 10% chance to evade attacks, an extra 10% dodge spell/attacks from quartz flask and 75/75 block when using rumi.

The build has a lot of defense mechanics but they dont apply to things that bypasses block/dodge unfortunatly which a lot of broken builds use in this meta.

Not counting the fact that damage is tru the roof so i'm getting 1 shotted, 10k es wouldnt change anything at all.

my low life build would be fine even if the meta was not that crazy right now.

gl on beeing fast vs pathfinders(i lack some flask nodes and even i have 184MS) and gl on one shotting pathfinders with their 10 second 75/75 block
